"A great property!.. was greeted by Brianna and she is such a treasure.. explained the history of the hotel and williams... pointed out the food food spots and watering holes... this beautiful old hotel is in the heart of williams and walkable to the attractions including the railroad station to the canyon... the owner told me they are doing ongoing upgrades..beer and wine available for purchase..fresh ground locally roasted coffee was an amazing start to my morning...looking forward to my next...

"I enjoyed the trainride with my family and how the hotel wrapped around the uniqueness of the town. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast at Fred Harveys restaurant was great! "The front desk was very helpful when we checked in and asked if they had a room available with a walk in shower. They immediately switched us. The room was simple but clean, and there were plenty of plugs--including one in the bathroom. I swear it seems most hotels don't have plugs anymore! The beds were fine too. I gave it four stars because the AC unit literally sounded like a giant bowl of rice crispies cereal ALL night. So that woke us up a few times. Overall though, for the price, this...
