"Our stay at Shangri-La Yanunca Island was a great last minute option after we had to cancel our trip to Noumea. We opted for the all inclusive package so we didn't have to worry about currency etc. For a 7 night stay there was enough variety of restaurants for lunch and dinner, the buffet breakfast got a bit repetitive. "The entire stay was amazing. The house is beautiful with fantastic reviews. The children and adults had a great time at the pool. The beds are super comfortable. The property managers are very responsive and helpful in booking excursions. The location is great and feels very private. We all had a great time at the property."

"This was a really pretty place with the gardens and grounds all very beautiful. The swimming pools had great potential and I would have loved to have a swim if the water wasn't black. The toilets near the pool were unusable. The property says it is a resort, but be warned, there is no bar and no restaurant. "We spent the weekend here and it was nice and quiet. Shelly, the general manager was really nice. Even though the hotel is under staffed, she remained with a positive attitude and friendly service. Andi was really nice as a housekeeper. It was always a joy to speak with her! Ali, the security guard was always aware of his surroundings and kept me company while I had a few beers. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place for a place to sleep. The pool was clean but i did not go in. It was raining and cold when we arrived in Sigatoka. "

"Although this property is not in its prime, it is still well taken care of and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Being two adults, we stayed in the adult section of the property, but most of the hotel area catered to families and kids. Although the hotel offers several restaurants, the adults only restaurants were limited to one."

"My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Maui Palms resort. From the check in to check out everyone was very friendly, accommodating and personable. All the amenities are spectacular from the gorgeous pools to the beautiful villa surroundings which we were upgraded into for our anniversary. We are absolutely returning to this resort and strongly recommend a visit. "
