Le Petit CHARME-INN
2.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, 777 reviews
"Classic alpine B&B in the heart of Zermatt. Small rooms but everything you need is available and the cleaning service is good. Location is good, I especially liked how it was close to the gondola. Breakfast was nothing fancy but got the job done. Staff were cold and did not seem friendly in the slightest. If you’re solo or a couple on a budget, this is a good option. If you’re a family or care about customer service, avoid this place. "
