"I really liked the concept of this hotel and it was basically in the airport (only a few steps away), so perfect for an early morning flight. It was very clean and the bathrooms were nice. I booked a mixed gender dorm, but there were only men in the dorm besides me. Check in was easy, however, I did not like that I had to download an app to open the doors (would prefer to just use the code the whole time). "Everything was excellent, except it was not possible to get in touch with the hotel to arrange the shuttle. Due to cold, rainy weather, we took a cab to the hotel. After complaining, we were given a $10 credit which covered the cost of the return shuttle (however this was still $10 short of the amount paid to get to the hotel from the airport.). The communication about the shuttle should be improved."

"This was a lovely hotel. Great location (literally steps away from public transit and grocery stores) with a nice garden out front. The room was nicely furnished and had a handy microwave and fridge. The hotel also had a laundry room. The only thing stopping this hotel from getting a 4 star was the shower. The shower could not maintain a constant temperature and would fluctuate constantly from freezing cold to scorching hot without touching the controls. "
