"Perfect for gare du Nord and Eurostar. Lovely little lobby with ample seating, and drinks to purchase. Small elevator, but standard for small Paris hotels. Rooms also small, but not as small as others. Single room is too small, so if you can pay for a double room for single occupancy (I find it’s around £12/14 more) Bathroom clean. Bed clean. Can be noisy , due to dorms opposite. "

"The large common area is spacious and lovely with a large dining table and a good kitchen. It was perfect for our large group coming to Paris for a reunion.  We used it for a gathering spot, but only six of us were able to sleep there, which meant one person had a not very comfortable place to stay. Originally a workshop, two loft areas were built to create the maximum number of sleeping areas, but many of those areas are cramped or dark. One sleeping area has ceilings too low to stand up.
