"I had a great stay at Grand Hyatt Goa, and the staff truly made a difference. Celestina handled both check-in and check-out smoothly, making the process completely hassle-free. She also sent small treats to our room each day, which was a thoughtful touch and she made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Sonu from housekeeping, who was quick to bring us extra towels and water whenever we needed them. His help made our stay more comfortable, and it didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s really the people who make it stand out. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made our experience better, and I’d absolutely stay here again. "I do not think this is a 5 star hotel. It can be at best a 4 star. Also I did not appreciate I was charged extra 900 rs.for 1 days breakfast and a small snack when I had paid for all other days and not even eaten on a few days. It was definitely not worth the price I paid."
