Look forward to at great holiday in this new and modern holiday home near Genner Bugten.

The holiday home is 100m2 pure luxury. It contains 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 smaller double beds, 2 large bathrooms and a large kitchen dining area. The kitchen dining area is the gathering point of the house with a bright functional kitchen (with wine fridge and quooker), a lovely dining area with room for the whole family and a wonderful living room area with a large comfortable sofa and TV.

The house's large windows ensure a wonderful light in all rooms as well as a nice view of the area.

Outdoors is a fantastic terrace environment with 2 covered terraces with barbecue and garden furniture. On one you can enjoy the view of the sea and the morning sun, while on the other you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the forest and countryside as well as the evening sun.

Look forward to use the outdoor shower and relax in the outdoor hot tub with a view of the scenic surroundings.

From the house, there is only 400 meters to a lovely beach, where you can take a dip or simply enjoy the beautiful view at the water.

In the area you will find the following:

Great shopping opportunities in Løjt Kirkeby 3.7 km

In addition, it is only 11 km to Aabenraa, which offers many experiences and opportunities - regardless of whether it is shopping, sights or concerts, you will find something that you like.

Note: Tenants must bring linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are at the house.

Tolles modernes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die 300m zum Strand sind eher Luftlinie. Der Weg war deutlich länger. Aber trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schönes, modernes, super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, sehr ruhig und entspannt. Der Strand ist allerdings etwas umständlich zu erreichen, die angegebenen 300m sind eher Luftlinie . Aber trotzdem waren wir sehr zufrieden.
