"Probably "Staff in-short" causing waiting in line for check-in "slow", also the Hot Springs pools water seemed low in heat. Would be nice that a bit hotter to the pools water. Thank you. Ps. Extra charge for "Cot" but never has, hower the reception desk removed the charges np. Thanks"

"The staff were very friendly. Rooms are very large and spacious. Beds comfortable with lots of pillows. Room was dark and quiet over night. Bathroom had lots of counter space. Water pressure was excellent and Dove products in bathroom. The location of the hotel is EXCELLENT. So many things (shopping, restaurants) within a short distance. Save on Foods next door (safe area to walk around alone). Breakfast was typical eggs, sausage, hash-browns, yogurt, muffins, cereal etc We enjoyed our stay and would come back to this location again. "
