"We had a nice stay, loved the bed, so comfy! Super quiet location even though it was a main road and a Friday night, although we had a room at the back which probably helped. Packed breakfast was nice and convenient too. TV didn't work when we got there even with Richard helping, but eventually we managed to get bbc 1+2 later in the evening, so I'd advise you take a fire stick or just watch your phone. "Room was clean, staff were friendly, food was decent. My supply of coffee was topped up with extra sachets when the staff saw that I'd bought my own jar of coffee after I ran out. The atmosphere of the hotel is pleasant and cosy. The hotel is a short walk from the town centre, which makes it cheaper than more central places - but if you can't stand a five-minute walk, what are you doing in Betws-y-Coed? :)"

"Absolutely lovely place! Stayed here last minute due to change in plans. Hosts were so attentive! In my 30s, this isn’t a place I’d normally stay if I’m honest, but wouldn’t hesitate to come back! "A great hotel with an excellent breakfast, it's the perfect place to stay if you want to explore the mountains/nature in the area. The bar and restaurant below are great as well especially in winter. The room was very clean, quiet and well stocked. Get what you pay for

"Room was cold but the porter got a heater. Toilet had leaked over night so the bathroom floor was soaked in the morning. Window didn't shut properly had to stuff towels in-between to stop the draft and radiator wasn't heating up correctly but the night porter got us a portable heater. You get what you pay for in life"
