Cozy Getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cozy home was perfect for a weekend getaway to the beach. The great room is a cozy place to relax, get some work done with the amazingly fast internet, play a board game, and cook a meal in the amazingly well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are super comfortable, quiet, that gives you a refreshing night sleep. Loved the stay, and look forward to staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Pacific Beach. Lisa’s home is a quintessential beach cottage. It was our second stay and was just as pleasant as the first time we experienced it last year. Lisa was incredibly accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again.

This house is so cute and charming! We loved the deck and fenced backyard. It was so nice to just sit on the deck in the sun and listen to the ocean. Also the close proximity to the ocean was fantastic! Our dog had a great time running around on the beach getting covered in sand. This house was the perfect little getaway that we needed.

Perfect stay
We absolutely loved this property, it was nicely decorated, very clean and had a modern feel (similar to Seabrook). Very cozy stay. Short walk to the beach. You can hear the ocean waves from this cottage. Overall amazing experience and we’d definitely stay here again.

The cottage was very well decorated and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend. Close to the beach and easy access. Had snacks and waters in a little basket when we arrived. Very nice! Would stay there again!

best decor ever!
We stay in a lit of VRBO's and this one was absolutely the BEST interior design of them all. Obvs not over the top, but so well done with careful thought of scale, color and style... One thing I might suggest is raising up the GORGY chandelier over the dining table. :) The beds were so well dressed and VERY cozy. The kitchen had all we needed. Thx to the tips from other reviews, we did bring extra dog towels and didn't leave Mooks unattended in the back yard since the fence is not at all secure. Not a bother at all for us. Grateful for the suggestions from prior renters. We hope to return!

Beautiful beach cottage with designer flair
Great location to the beach, walk on is 2 blocks away and drive on about a mile down the road. The cottage is beautifully designed and has all the amenities. Also a great fenced in yard that my dog loved to explore.

Such a lovely house. Absolutely everything we needed. Wonderfully furnished and super comfortable. Smoke alarms started beeping from needing new batteries and the owner zipped over with a ladder within minutes and fixed it. Will definitely be booking this cottage again.

Marvelous stay
Extremely clean, lovely furnishings & great vibe! Beach is less than 5 minute walk. Can't see the ocean from the property but you can hear it from the deck. The yard was perfect for my dog's quick potty breaks. My dog is large, so the gaps in the closed off fencing were not an issue, but could be for a small dog or an escape artist. The ONLY recommendation I have is wished there had been a radio stereo system to then be able to listen to the local radio station (89.1)---absolutely the BEST batch of eccletic music on any radio station. I couldn't figure out how to get that station via the internet. Was a wonderful stay! Thank you so much.

Great Rental!
My wife and I rented this cute little house as a quick getaway to the ocean and we had a great time. The house itself was very clean and literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Pacific Beach is an older town and not much to see and do there, Seabrook is 1.5 miles away and is really a cute little town. Rentals in Seabrook run close to $1000.00 a night after all the fees are included so Pacific Beach is a much thriftier bargain.
