"The hotel itself was very pretty and well designed. Location wise it was good for a short walk to tourist destinations. Lots of places to eat nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Really the only let down on the hotel I felt was the breakfast. Unfortunately I felt the cooked food wasn’t particularly nice. There is plenty of selection so you will be able to fill up. "

"Great location and the view from the 33rd floor terrace is impressive. As an able bodied person, getting in and out of the deep shower/bath was a challenge. I think its time for an upgrade. There would be better more modern/updated options around for a better price. "

"Decent sized room considering that it was a "small double". Check in was stressful because I couldn't initially find the hotel's reservation number (not Expedia's confirmation number) and then even though I had prepaid, the self check in machine said I owed money. Apparently that's a glitch and it got resolved by checking in with the person at the bar (which is also the reception) but still stressful. Shower water pressure was good but the door has a huge gap so water floods all over in the...

"Loved Citybox! Hotel was clean and quiet and room was just the right size. Was traveling solo and never felt unsafe there. Was in a great location within walking distance to sites, food and shopping. Five minute walk to the train station. Highly recommend!!"
