"We had really great and pleasant stay at hotel. Receptionist and other members of staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. We find very wellcome and greeted with smile. Rooms are big with all necessary amenities. Restaurant has multiple cousin with delicious food. We'll definitely visit again. Kind regards."

"The hotel is dated. Not enough electrical plugs and wifi was terrible. Location is central and the staff were friendly. Front desk spoke fluent english. The shower was amazing. Overall a comfortable stay but would be more acceptable if the price was lower or rooms were renovated. "

"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order...
