The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right...

"When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm.
