"The hotel was on the river front and our room had a lovely terrace and a great view of the water. The room was very large and well decorated with drink making facilities available. The bathroom was modern with a lovely shower. Breakfast was good with a nice selection to offer, including some hot food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two small minuses were, no lift to our room and the hairdryer was absolutely useless. "

"Nice modern hotel. Dining room and breakfast buffet were excellent. Rooms were functional and clean. Bathroom was very small and could benefit from a shower door and fan. The underground public parking garage smelled of urine."

"Location was right on the waterfront and had a beautiful view. There was probably a 5-10 minute walk to find food other than the hotel restaurant - which seemed nice, we just didn't want to eat there. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Very nice property and staff at reception and housekeeping is very friendly. Staff provided a wheelchair (post surgery) and the property was easy enough to navigate. The only downside, I am sorry to say, is the breakfast. On a Saturday morning it was chaotic with everything from bread to cold cuts and plain cheeses being gone. You had to ask for coffee mugs. Got one. Had to ask for a second. Had to ask for coffee again. Had to ask for knives (which were not available anywhere). After 20 min...

"We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is there were no wash cloths in the bathroom. The breakfast was topnotch! The hotel was centrally located amongst the sites to see in Rudesheim. "
