New house built in ecological materials and equipped for people with reduced mobility.
House with adjoining garden, located in the scrubland, ideal for a quiet holiday. Many nature activities nearby (climbing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, swimming, canyoning ...) The hamlet is 1.5 km from Aiguës Vives where we find all the amenities (doctor, supermarket, petrol station, bakery)

The hamlet is located about 30 km from the Mediterranean (Gruissan or Narbonne beach), with also the possibility to swim near nearby rivers or lakes.

For those who are interested in the history of the Cathars, we are on the coast of the famous "Cathare" region where the city of Minerve is located, a must visit of the region, the Cathar castles perched on beautiful cities and the famous city of Carcassonne.

Narbonne, Roman city, with its canal which crosses the city, its richness in historical monuments, its cathedral and the halle gastronomic stage.

The Canal du Midi passes 15 km from Paguignan, you can rent barges or simply walk along the banks under the shade of plane trees or umbrella pines.

Weekly markets nearby, Saint-Chinian, Olonzac, and Gruissan for beach markets.

And finally the proximity of the park of Haut Languedoc which is a real attraction for nature lovers

Not to mention that we are in the heart of Minervois or many wineries will make you taste very good wines.

Complete rest in beautiful area
This was a great property, clean, comfortable and quiet. We were looking for a place to rest and recharge the batteries. The property was located in a tiny village and was surrounded by trees. It was quiet and delightful. In easy driving distance of lots of lovely towns and villages. There was a supermarket in Olonzac and a small supermarket and Boulangerie a couple of miles away. Not too far from Carcassonne and Narbonne. The property was well equipped and not overlooked with walks on the doorstep. My only issue was there was no wifi, although it was listed in the property details. The owners were lovely and left us local treats which were much appreciated.

Un régal !
Cette petite villa est un bijou niché dans un superbe environnement. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et l'accueil est des plus chaleureux. La maison est très bien équipée et le calme au RV. La terrasse permet de se relaxer et de prendre les repas accompagnés par le chant des oiseaux. Tout était parfait et nous envisageons de revenir.

Maison en pleine nature
Excellent séjour dans cette maison entourée de verdure où le silence est roi. La maison est très agréable. Tout est présent, rien ne manque. Le jardin, salon de jardin, terrasse appellent à la detente. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Une étape à ne pas manquer, la visite de Minerve, magnifique village, un des plus beaux de France. Les propriétaires y tiennent une boutique de produits régionaux et où l'on peut deguster leurs glaces artisanales. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce gîte où nous avons passé de très bons moments.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très fonctionnelle. Environnement naturel et idéal pour les randonneurs à la recherche de beaux paysages. Gros coup de cœur pour l’extérieur de celle ci. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et disponibles. Amoureux des animaux ce qui est un réel plus pour les voyageurs accompagnés de leurs poilus . Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Séjour plus qu'agréable dans ce petit hameau de Paguignan, accueil très chaleureux, humain et naturel par Stéphane et Valérie, totalement disponible pour la moindre info. Nous vous recommandons de visiter le stand d'huile de Stéphane sur les marchés ainsi que leurs coquines saveurs galcées fermières au lait de brebis à leur boutique de Minerve. Cette garigue sauvage apporte une vitalité indéniable par son air pur, sa végétation et son eau de source...! Encore merci à vous 2 pour tout, et bonne continuation...

Une très belle maison immergée au cœur des balades
La communication est facile, jamais envahissante. La maison est exactement celle décrite dans l’annonce Abritel. Accueil chaleureux ou la confiance et le sourire sont omniprésents. Nous devions arriver tard le jour de la prise de location, la maison nous attendait porte ouverte avec un légèr éclairage… Un petit cadeau de bienvenue sur le buffet et un autre dans le frigo. Le ton est donné. Nous avons été aiguillés pour nos balades, avons pu trouver un lieu de baignade fort agréable dans une région plongé dans la canicule. Il y a beaucoup à faire dans la région. Je conseille de ne pas dépasser les 20 km de distance sauf éventuellement pour aller à la plage, vous aurez suffisamment a faire. Les sources d’éclairage à l’intérieur de la maison sont nombreuses, ce n’est pas toujours le cas, et je tenais à le préciser. L’espace cuisine est très bien agencé, et très complet. La literie est confortable. Nous validons à 100 % cette location et la recommandons. Un dernier point : le wi-fi est ultra performant.

Location à recommander sans hésitation.
Location parfaite pour qui veut être au calme. Maison agréable et bien située pour rayonner dans la région. Les propriétaires sont très discrets mais aussi très disponibles si besoin. Merci à eux pour toutes les infos et surtout leur grande gentillesse ! N'hésitez pas à aller dans leur boutique "l'arbre à soleil" à Minerve ou sur les marchés où monsieur vend des huiles d'olives. Location à recommander sans hésitation !

Très agréable gite au calme
Nous avons passé 2 agréables semaines dans ce gite très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. On s'y sent très rapidement à l'aise, rien ne manque pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Situé sur le même terrain que la maison des propriétaires, il est orienté de façon à n'avoir aucun vis-à-vis et offre un calme appréciable, ceux-ci sont attentifs à préserver l'intimité de leurs hôtes mais restent disponibles pour donner des infos pour visiter la région. L’absence de climatisation n'est pas problématique, le gite reste suffisamment frais grâce à son isolation. De plus le salon de jardin sous les arbres est ombragé toute la journée. Un sentier passe à proximité du jardin, point de départ pour des promenades entre les vignes Encore merci pour votre l'accueil.

Excellent séjour
Le gîte est conforme en tout point avec l'annonce. C'est très calme, en hauteur par rapport au petit hameau de Paguignan. Convient très bien pour 4 personnes. La maison est très récente et bien isolée (mur en chanvre). Les propriétaires habitent un peu plus haut et sont très accueillant. Pour qui recherche un séjour au calme et au vert c'est parfait. Pour qui fait du vélo (route ou VTT) c'est le paradis même si ça monte fort ! On trouve une petite supérette/boucherie et une boulangerie au village d' Aigues-Vives, située à 2 ou 3 kms. Bref, excellente semaine.

Un endroit de rêve et calme absolu en pleine natureu
Un gite très agréable bien construit qui reste frais en pleine chaleur estivale. Une vue magnifique au coeur de la nature et un calme absolu. Les foules sont très loin et il y a toutes les commodités aux alentours. La gentillesse et la passion de Valérie et Stéphane pour leur région. Tour cela a fait de ces deux semaines à Paguignan un moment de détente totale.

Location et propriétaires au top, nous avons passé un séjour vraiment agréable, et au calme. La location est totalement conforme à la description (et clôturée, ce qui est idéal pour les animaux), il y fait frais même en pleine canicule. Nous reviendrons!
