"Beautiful Hotel , but toile are to loud poor sleep because room next to my keep flushing toilet all night "

"The staff and location was the best, the building was old, but clean and nice. You had to sign in or sign up for various apps in order to watch TV, i.e. Netflix or Freevee or Pluto. It would have been nice to have double pane windows as the outside noise was a little loud throughout the night. "

"The staff was amazing... very accommodating and friendly. The only issue o have is that i paid for my room when booked and when i got home i noted another charge for 250.00. I haven't had time to çall about that, but it is upsetting because it is my bank account card. "

"The staff was extremely friendly here. We also loved how walkable it was. The Alamo and River Walk are a 3 minute walk from this hotel. E Houston Street is really nice at Christmas. The hotel property itself needs to be repainted. Lots of paint scratched off doors. The door trim was rusted in a lot of areas."
