My first time staying here and I will definitely be back. This hotel was extremely clean, convenient, and had lots of nice dining options and Starbucks coffee on property. The casino was also kept very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

We like the location of Santa Ana. We usually have a very positive experience, however this time the room heater would go cold then hot. we never got it to be comfortable. We love the food in sports bar & Juniper!!

It’s a nice place to stay but no food service for the rooms is just stupid. Also the room we were in was freezing. Set the temp at 78-79 and it’s blowing cold air all day. Doesn’t help when the temp outside is 20-30 degrees. Pool was great. Overall it’s average.
