"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

"Nice clean big rooms. Modern bathroom but with limited space. Shower as tight in width. Looks like they removed the tub and replaced it with shower. Bathroom could have used more space. A good walk to shopping and restaurants. Safe neighborhood."

"Very good stay, modern and nicely decorated. Very close to public transport, metro, trams and buses across the road and walking distance to main areas. It is right next to Pink Street and there is noise when you are outside the hotel, but I had a room looking out over Pink Street and hardly heard anything. Easy to get to using the metro from the airport, one change and was at the hotel within 20 minutes for €1.85. The hotel does have pastel de natas early evening in the foyer which I thought...

"Central location, close to the Metro and numerous buses. Plenty of dining options nearby with great Portuguese cuisine. There is a Continente supermarket a block up with others not too far away."

"Great Location & Service, But Some Drawbacks The hotel is in an ideal location—close to attractions, great restaurants, and in a safe, quiet area. The concierge service was excellent! They helped us arrange an airport shuttle and even booked our Fado reservations, which made our stay much smoother. The room was clean, but the bathroom had a terrible smell (possibly from the sewer line?), and keeping the toilet seat down and the door shut didn’t help much. Also, we were surprised that no robes...
