"From start to finish our stay at the hotel was excellent. All staff were very professional and polite at all times. Nothing was to much trouble. Any little requests were dealt with promptly. The food was excellent. Breakfast had an excellent selection. We had food at both the restaurants in the evening and must say the pasta dishes were fabulous. "Stayed in an economy single. Not much space, dated, but sufficiently clean, bed was comfortable, hot water worked well. I would put it on par with a private room at a hostel. Not much in the immediate area, but also not that far from a lot of stuff. There’s a little shop almost directly across the street for snacks and water, guy was fair, not trying to scam you (about 10 EGP for a 1.5L water). I walked from the train station, and then to all the major tourist sites. "
