"It is not an old hotel but it is looking very tired, especially carpet that is peeling across the whole common areas and in the rooms… we tripped on it several times; if it is not fixed people will soon trip and break arms or teeth… The cleaning system doesn’t work… the rooms are supposed to be cleaned after 1 pm which doesn’t really work, as we got back to the room at 4.40 pm and the room still hasn’t been cleaned… rooms should be cleaned in the morning… The staff in the restaurant has added...
