Modern apartment on the first floor of a building 200m from Santa Barbara Castle, 300m from the Market and Bullring, 500m from the Historic Center. Ideal location to visit the city of Alicante on foot during the day (shopping, culture, history ...) and night (bars and restaurants). Just 10/15 minutes walk, we can enjoy the Port of Alicante and Playa del Postiguet. At 300m there are good connections to the Airport (bus, line C6) and the TRAM, to visit different places on the coast (Playa San Juan, Benidorm ...). In the streets around the building, parking is free, availability according to schedules.

The apartment has a sunny balcony with stools, to relax with a glass of wine. It consists of a romantic style bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 with high quality mattress and a bathroom with Italian shower. A gem in Alicante

Small but perfectly formed
We stayed here for 5 weeks during winter. The apartment was well-designed, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The heating was very effective and heated rooms quickly, we were never cold. Jessy was extremely easy to deal with and went beyond our expectations when there was a very minor problem - he fixed it within a couple of hours. He kept in touch to make sure all was well with our stay. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for central accommodation in Alicante.

The stay in Alicante was amazing! The apartment was in a perfect location. Jessy was a great host. He greeted us upon arrival, was available for any questions we had, and checked in to be sure we were doing ok. He checked us out and even helped us book a taxi to the airport. We had a lovely stay in this apartment, a perfect base to explore Alicante and its surroundings from. Jessy was a really great host with fantastic communication. During check-in he really took great care in showing the apartment and how to use everything. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Only short walking distance to many great bars and restaurants.

Small but perfect apartment
Everything was good about this apartment - modern, clean and very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning very efficient. Powerful modern shower. We felt very relaxed here. The location was in a quiet residential area about 15 minutes walk to sea front and the city. It was nice to come back to the quiet of the apartment after the busy main centre. The area wasn’t touristy, streets were narrow and houses close together - it felt safe and Spanish. The plaza de Toro is about 5 minutes walk from apartment with a lovely park and shops and cafes plus a really good bakery/cafe. Jessy was the perfect host. He welcomed us on arrival, explained how things worked in the apartment and how to get around. He was very helpful and approachable. We had never met before but it was like staying in the apartment of a friend. I would definitely stay in this apartment again and recommend.

Very nice apartment.
Jessy the owner was great, he gave us loads of info about the area, transport and beaches. The apartment was immaculate and had all the mod cons. Beach towels and umbrella, toiletries included. I stayed with Jessy for three months. He is a great host. He goes out of his way to make your stay enjoyable. He is knowledgeable about the area, gracious, honest and fair, and has a nice sense of humor. The flat is clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is an authentic experience in Spanish/Catalan and Euro culture. You can easily walk anywhere in central Alicante - the castles, the beach, the shopping district, the markets, the bull ring. For places too far to walk there are bus stops for the most important lines nearby, and the Mercado tram station is just a few blocks away. I hated to leave.

Jessy is a great host. Very welcoming and friendly. He assists you with all concerns, especially getting around the city. The apartment was fantastic, just what we required, it is compact with all essential facilities, beautifully clean and very modern. Based in a quiet street, so close to the all amenities; local supermarket; tram station and local buses. You are only a few minutes to the town and the Marina and Beach. I do highly recommend this host and apartment in Alicante. Great Time was had.
