"Great downtown Detroit location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and downtown activities. A beautiful downtown view from a higher floor. My suite was spacious. It was peaceful and comfortable. However, the bathroom in that suite could use some repairs/remodeling. Some of the available common use items and furniture appeared to be low quality for the cost of the stay. The design of the suite was concerning to me. "We stayed here for New Year’s Eve. Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and fun. We used valet parking $40 for overnight. Didn’t have to worry about the stress of finding parking in downtown Detroit on NYE. We had a river view room on the 17th floor. It was a nice size and great views of Canada and river front. Traffic was a bit nosey being right in the road but that is expected in the area. "

"The lady who helped us at the check in was amazing .I forgot my ID at home. The reservation was in my name. She helped us out. Told us what to do. Our room was great. The casino was large and the food was great. And we won !"
