"Staff was amazing especially brooklyn and the breakfast staff.snow removal wasn't great at end of sidewalk. My girlfriend, who walks with a cane had a lot of difficulty. No firm pillows in room. I had messaged the hotel when I booked the room to get an accessible room.i never received a response and didn't get an accessible room."

"Room was very clean and nice, beautiful washroom. Restaurant was good, fairly long wait for food during dinner although breakfast was great, servers are very nice. Pool was unusable - filled with kids and parents all day but understandable since it is family hotel. The gym was fabulous. "

"The staff at this hotel are kind, courteous and attentive. For us, this was a trip for medical reasons and we needed a comfortable and quiet suite. Home2 Suites did not disappoint. The free hot breakfast each morning kept our budget within reason and our kitchen was fully equipped. We found the staff accomodating and friendly which we appreciated very much, especially after a long drive. Thank you to Kenneth, Lucky, Taz, Eddy, Ahmed and all who served us! "

"We enjoyed our stay - the only thing that would be great is if large groups travelling with kids for tournaments would respect that others are staying at the hotel and at least not let children run the halls screaming until late at night. Otherwise, the hotel is very clean, room was very nice and spacious and even with the storm, staff did a great job cleaning the snow and they were very friendly and professional. Thank you! Would stay again"

"Our room had dog fur under end tables. My dog is a non shedding and hypoallergenic and the “dog scent” drove him nuts. He was constantly smelling the carpet when he is not in the crate. It was a very snowy weekend and nothing was plowed. The guests not only had to brush our vechiles off but also had to rely on each other to go through snowbanks to get out of the parking lot. "

"The stay was great the room was amazing, the little detail of my name being on the tv was an experience was something I didnt know I needed. The food options were great compared to other places ive stayed. The only complaint is that the pool looks very dirty and green, seems as if no one has used it, thus not being taken care of, and my last complaimt is the attendant on my departure in the morning seemed as if they had an attitude."
