"Arabella hotel is a unique hotel that impressed our family. Warm welcome from the reception as if you were greeted by your friends that respect you and want to look after you. "Gerl Hotel is a place not only to sleep while travelling but to spend time in the hotel as well. It has a great resturant and the breakfast was very tasty with a wide variety of dishes. Shame the main spa (which is spectacular) opens only at 11:00 and closes at 20:00. "

"Dated property in need of extensive renovations. Service is terrible and unfriendly. Food was either bland or over-salted, fish was overcooked and tasteless. Honestly the best thing at dinner were the chicken nuggets from the kids station. We ate in town our second night rather than have the hotel dinner we already paid for. Location is beautiful. "

"Cosy and stylish hotel in a very convenient location next to the main station and short walk or bus ride to most sights. Enjoyed the delicious new years brunch and hanging out in the bar with board games in the evening. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The room was small but very well equipped. "

"After a long day of travelling to be able to walk out of the station and straight in to the hotel was fabulous. Room was lovely, and easy to walk into town or catch the bus. Shopping centre next door was really convenient too. Staff very friendly. The view of the city at breakfast was beautiful would definately stay again! "

"Very convenient location, good sized rooms and amenities - we enjoyed our stay here as it was easy to either take a bus (2 stops) or walk to the old town where all the Christmas markets were. It is also conveniently located across the bus stop (to the old town/fortresss) and very near the local tours meeting point (across Mirabelle Palace)"
