"Wonderful front staff. Wonderful property. Only complaint is I was woken up by a lady knocking at my door claiming to have had the room the day before and left her lap top. She was frantic, and with that it threw the front desk staff into panic and they gave her a key to my room. Thankfully I had the door dead-bolted as well. I would not have been happy had she of came into the room while I was sleeping OR while I was out.. considering the desk gave her a key to access the elevator AND my room...

"Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I thought they were very helpful and went the extra mile to give me a phone charger and provide recommendations. Location is perfect close to two grocery stores, restaursnts etc. Its also only 10 min from train station 5 mon from the lake. Room was nice clean with excellent shower/bathtub combo and good water pressure/temperature. Probably the best ive ever had at a hotel. "
