"Check in was promptly at 3, and felt like a hostile. You have to pay to leave your bag so if you arrive early be prepared to pay or carry your items with you before check in. Room was perfectly fine, very minimal ikea vibes but with no windows which wasn’t an issue for us. It’s a conveniently located and clean place to stay- nothing more nothing less"

As the other reviews note, the property is in a lovely upscale area of London, walkable to shops and restaurants and attractions, including Harrod's and the Museum of Natural History. The staff were lovely and so helpful, and the free breakfast was an added bonus. I would certainly stay here again. "

"I whole heartedly enjoyed this hotel. It is right in the Southbank, next to mostly all major attractions and awesome food options. The room was very spacious, clean, and maintained daily. We did not have the breakfast but there is an awesome cafe, Waterloo Cafe, a 10 minute walk away we went to everyday. The drinks at the bar were well worth it. I would stay here again, it was a 10/10."

Great hotel in Tower Hill
"My teen daughter and I stayed in London for 5 days. I choose the Apex based on reviews and it didn’t disappoint.The hotel is in Tower Hill right next to Tower bridge. The hotel has a nice restaurant which is open pretty late and gets very crowded wed-friday for happy hour. The hotel is clean and also has a nice lobby to chill out in. There are a few pubs just a few feet away and the tube is around the block. We stayed in a delux room and it was extremely spacious with a pretty big bathroom. It was perfect! Overall the hotel was great, clean and conveniently located. Would def recommend it."
