"Mon séjour s'est globalement bien passé. Mais quelques remarques faites ce matin à la réception avant mon départ: - je suis resté 2 nuits et ma chambre n'était pas faite: lit pas fait et sdb pas nettoyée. - pouvez vous mettre des tampons sous les chaises qui sont très bruyantes dans les chambres et salle de petit déjuener? - les assiettes du petit dejéuner sont trop petites. il serait intéressant de proposer 2 formats"

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. "It’s in the center, short walk to the Cathedral and other points of interest. The layout of the unit was a bit odd and small, but we made it enjoyable. We loved the smell of the soap and shampoo. The receptionists were very friendly. Overall, it was an excellent stay; highly recommended."
