Welcome to our adorable guest suite in the garden level of our occupied family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in north Ames. It's just 2 minutes to beautiful Ada Hayden Heritage Park Lake, 8 minutes to Mary Greeley Medical Center, and 8 minutes to ISU.
It includes 500 square feet of personal space and has a private entrance. With our convenient self-check-in, you will enjoy a private stay with no host interaction unless you choose to visit one of our shared spaces.
This property is a duplex. The other side is occupied full-time by two amazing tenants who are quiet and respectful.
Additional amenities include:
Metronet fiber optic high speed internet
Light continental breakfast (for short-term stays up to 5 days)
Assorted coffees (Keurig)
Shared spaces: three-season porch with mini gym, deck, patio, and back yard.
We would love to have you stay with us, whether for just two nights or for thirty! Please note that this is our full-time family home, and our family includes a seven pound bundle of fur and love, who you may see or hear from time to time!
