"The hotel is really nice, but the people working there are AMAZING. The two girls at the reception were so lovely and helpful (I think one was called Kelsey, sorry! I’m terrible with names). Check in and check out on point and when we asked for some towels we got them in minutes. I recommend this place without any doubt. "

"Once again staff were lovely. Great hotel , everything you need. Close to the centre of Salisbury, 15 minute walk. Parking here £5 a night. Hotel is an older building full of character, near a river. Good breakfast and lovely and warm in all the common areas. Room was large, comfortable and everything we needed for a wonderful Christmas break. "

"Loved staying here. Fantastic from the start. On check in we were given a warm greeting at Hettie Bells, where you check-in, (they kindly allow free bag storage before the afternoon check in) and the complimentary homemade cookies were a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated on the cold November day. Room lovely decorated, fresh feeling and nice ensuite bathroom. Room not spacious but a big double bed, tv, chair and hangers for clothes, what more do you need. We slept well, nice and quiet....

"We had a very nicely renovated large room on the second floor of the main building, looking out onto the pedestrian High Street. A little noise from the party-goers, but got to sleep fine. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but nothing special, ie bacon overdone, cheap sausages and weak filtered coffee but nice croissant and pastries."
