OYO Rooms in Amritsar from NZ$37

"Stayed in many hotels around India and Europe. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I had to pay money up front to stay. The hot water and Air con was only switched on and off at the reception desk. The TV did not work and poor excuses. The Air con would be switched off in the middle of the night and not switched back on. The sheets were dirty Evan though we requested for them to be changed. "I booked the hotel through expedia... and paid the price online.. but the guy at reception charged me extra double money for the room. Saying that.. we dont have rooms under 1000inr. I said.. i booked online... but he said.. he cant do... even i booked online. Room was dirty.. bathroom dont have hot water... no soap.. no handwash. No paper. Bed sheets were used .. not changed. "
