Beautiful Girdwood Cabin with Sauna & Steam Shower

*Please note that the second bedroom is an open sleeping loft on the third level with a queen bed and a bunk bed. A full room-width curtain provides some privacy.*

This beautiful and newly remodeled cabin is located just a five minute walk from Alyeska's Daylodge. After a day of adventure, return to your stylish and well appointed cabin. Fire up the grill and enjoy a home cooked meal from our fully-stocked kitchen, then relax in a wood-fired sauna nestled in the woods.

You'll enter the cabin on the first floor. Here you'll find a comfortable sitting area with a sleeper sofa, a kitchenette, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and a laundry room. The second floor offers a second sitting area, main kitchen, dining area, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A gas grill is located on the ground level.

Great stay!

The place is incredible and in a great location. Both kids and adults agreed it's one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. Super clean, everything you need is there, with some nice amenities, including the wood fired sauna and steam room (both were awesome). Would highly recommend.

As described and lived up to excellent reviews! The property location and the Mgr Emily made our springtime stay in Girdwood the highlight of our trip. Within walking distance to several restaurants and the local brewery, we would absolutely recommend this property!

My Dad & I could not have enjoyed a better stay than this amazing home in Girdwood! So gorgeous—immaculate, stylishly decorated, everything so beautiful! It was such a convenient location being nestled near the slopes, yet convenient to Girdwood Center & the Seward Highway. Ideal location for exploring the many interesting & beautiful stops between Anchorage & Seward. Emily was an amazing host. She gave terrific recommendations for restaurants & other things. I can’t wait to return with the rest of our family and hope to stay at this lovely home! Grateful for this priceless rental home!

Perfect getaway

We were there for a 10 day stay. The place is gorgeous! The pics don’t do it justice. The property manager was so commutative to ask if we needed anything and answer questions we had. The place is VERY well stocked and they provided shampoo, laundry detergent, and sleeping masks. Couldn’t ask for anything better knowing we were traveling from afar. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Worjed perfect for us. Walking distance to lift, or a quick drive. We foundntge Sauna to be a nice ammenity and loved the steam shower. There were 2 families and the split levels offered some privacy in the mornings with a little coffee and MIL kitchen downstairs. Would be an excellent place to stay any time of year!

Cozy cabin near Alyeska ski resort

We all enjoyed our stay at Emily's cabin. The cabin is spacious, with living areas on two different floors allowing our group to spread out when desired. The wood-fired sauna and the steam shower were much appreciated after our ski days. Emily is a terrific host, communicating quickly and providing great tips to enjoy the Girdwood area. We highly recommend the cabin and would gladly stay again.

Wonderful getaway in Girdwood

My stay in Girdwood was exceptional. The home was perfect and so well stocked with everything you could think of. Great location, within walking distance to coffee shops/restaurants but still a quiet relaxing stay. Emily was very communicative and checked in on us numerous times. 10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again.

Great Get Away

Great get away. Although right in it all, woods are out every window which provides the cabin feel. Beds and bedding are outstanding, and there is more than enough to eat or host there or bring leftovers home. The two living rooms allow for a group to watch TV and another group to hang out away from the TV.

Modern cabin in perfect neighborhood.

We loved our stay in Girdwood. The location is perfect as you can bike/walk everywhere. The house is quirky as it’s 1 small bedroom and a loft bedroom. The loft bedroom is not quite blacked out but close. The decorative style is great and everything was very clean and tidy. Steam shower was a great plus!

Wonderful Gem!

We throughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. Very cute. All the comforts of home plus more. The steam / shower is just like a spa steam room. Sauna great too. Close to everything. Owner very responsive. Would love to return.

Only thing missing - puzzle pieces!

This ski cabin was more than expected and perfect for our family of 5. It looks to have a tankless water heater, and I don’t think we ever “ran out” of hot water if that’s possible. The sauna and steam shower were both amazing. The beds and furnishings were all comfortable, and the kitchen fully stocked. The upper loft bedroom had a bunkbed and double or queen. Plenty of different spaces to relax or work if needed. The outdoor grill was in great shape in a covered space out of the rain. Located 5 minutes from the tram and 5 minutes from the grocery store. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again for sure.

Gorgeous cabin in Girdwood

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cabin in Girdwood. We had been travelling around Alaska for 3 weeks and it was the perfect location to end our trip. The house was spacious, cosy, and beautifully decorated. We were a couple of minutes drive to the downtown area, we walked to trails from the house, 20 minutes from the wildlife conservation and 45 minutes from the airport. Emily was very helpful & gave us some great recommendations. Thank you again, we wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend to others. 😊

Tranquil ski cabin in Girdwod

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy cabin in Girdwood, AK, just a short walk from Alyeska Ski Resort (Ikon pass). The location was perfect for our family ski trip, allowing us to easily access the slopes without the hassle of driving. The cabin itself was well-equipped and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the sauna, which was a great way to unwind and warm up after a long day on the mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, saving us from having to eat out for every meal. The loft was a hit with our kids, providing them with their own space to sleep and play. The desk was helpful for remote work. Overall, the cabin had a clever use of space. We would definitely recommend this cabin to others looking for a convenient and enjoyable place to stay while visiting Alyeska Ski Resort.
