"The beauty of the neighborhood and the hotel are obvious but the hotel facility itself is a bit faded and in need of some reinvestment. The staff was very kind but as English speakers we had more difficulty communicating than we did in Ecuador and reinforced the need for us to better learn Spanish. The breakfast was nice. Sound carries in the hotel and the walls are a little thin. I love history so it was fine for me. This is not a 5 star hotel by international standards in my opinion but...

"Place was ok. Could use a refresher. A little rundown. Lots of early construction noises next door all week running the sleep. Even on the weekends. 730am Great location otherwise with walking distance to Provenza and El Pablado areas. Could use more instructions on tvs etc. could get it too work except living room. Market, coffee close by and good Argentinian steakhouse on the street."
