This completely renovated 2-story townhome with ground-level entry has a carpeted one-car garage serving as a “mud room” with ample storage for your skis gear, coats, golf clubs, and bikes (4 bike racks are provided for your use). Skip the hassles of parking—this townhome is a two-minute walk to Cottam's ski and snowboard rental, and a one-minute walk to the free shuttle stop that will deliver you to the base of the ski lift.

BASECAMP offers a peaceful environment with no neighbors above or below. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths easily accommodate large groups. The private primary suite contains a king bed, TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony for enjoying the mountain views with your morning coffee. Need to do a little work while away? No problem—a full size desk in the primary suite has you covered.

Down the hall, a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and TV is a perfect retreat after a full day of fun outdoors. The third bedroom offers custom-built heavy-duty bunk beds for sleepers of all sizes. Need room for a couple more kiddos? BASECAMP also has two stow-away mattresses and a “pack-n-play” crib onsite for guests. The full-size washer and dryer upstairs will freshen your gear for the next day's adventures.

Down the stairs you will enter an inviting living space with plenty of seating to enjoy the warming fire while watching TV / DVDs, playing board games, browsing the web on high-speed Wi-Fi, or simply enjoying the mountain view through large windows leading to the outdoor patio. The large sectional couch pulls out to a queen bed to accommodate additional sleepers.
