"This holiday house was the absolute best! The 4 bedrooms gave the kids the space to chill out after spending too much family time together. The beach was so close you could hear it. Two living areas meant that the kids could play the Switch while I watched movies. The beds were comfortable, and the bedrooms were clean. Two toilets with so many bums in one house were very convenient. The location of the house was prime position, close to shops, Coles and the RSL (which had amazing meals and...

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property so close to ocean grove town center.The house is luxurious with a great vibe and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Watching the sunset from the balcony, relaxing in the Egg chairs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay here at this beautiful cottage. We brought our large Dalmatian and he had an absolute ball. The cottage is beautifully renovated and furnished and it has such a lovely feel to it. We all enjoyed sitting out on the grass watching the wildlife running around while the sun was setting. I am very picky when it comes to accommodation, especially ones that are dog friendly, and we would absolutely not hesitate to book and stay here again. Thankyou Pat for your hospitality....

"The house is in a great location, with a short stroll through the caravan park into the main street.The house is the perfect size with 2 large living areas and great kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The only downside was the cleanliness. on the surface it looks clean, but the property could so with a deep clean, especially the bathrooms. Overall, we had a lovely time and the owners were amazing, even helping us out with an item left behind! "

"Clean. Close to the beach. Great record collection but couldn’t get record player working. Lots of DVDs. No smart TV. Couch could do with an update as it’s old with a very low back. Our queen bed was comfy but the single beds could have their mattresses updated.Thank you we did enjoy the long weekend with the best feature being close to the beach. "

"This property is a traditional beach house before everything got fancy. It is so relaxing. Everything you NEED is there. It was the first holiday where we took our dog and she loved it. Walking distance to the beach and outlets. Great host. "

"Fabulous, clean, spacious accomodation. Super close to the beach, so close we were able to walk our 2x toddlers down, convenient playground close by for kids also.Lovely furnishings and just all round great place to stay. "

"We rate the full kitchen - everything you need, the views, the towels and bedding quality. Also nice that there was enough loo roll and shower gel.There are oil filled radiator heaters downstairs, but the additional bedrooms were cold in April. Blankets are available. Upstairs is toasty warm.Parking is tight if you have more than 2 vehicles.Dog friendly but only the upstairs balcony is enclosed to keep pets outside when you are not there. "Great house , great location. Very clean and tidy. loved the sound proof playroom with lots of toys for our grand kids to play with. Would stay here again. However when listed with a heated pool that pool should be heated.I paid extra for the pool compared to other houses in the area. They did try and fix it over the weekend but i believe it should have been checked prior to us arriving Also had a chef come in and cook dinner for us but there wasn't enough wine glasses for us all. "This was our third stay at this house. We find it ideal for our family which includes 6 children who have their own area downstairs - works so well for them and the adults. Beach is only a short walk away which is great. Kellie is a very accommodating host, easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. "

"Property is newly renovated (internally) and contains everything required for a comfortable stay. Exterior is aging and lets the overall presentation down a bit but not a big deal. We were a little bit disappointed that the listing noted additional bedding for children could be made available on request but after booking were told otherwise. Contact from the property owner was via text and the VRBO app only while all relevant information was conveyed it was rather abrupt and to the point....

"2nd time staying here,but this time in a waterfront apartment which was awesome & spacious. My only gripe is that terrible slow old electric stove and old dirty fry pans that caused all our food to stick and burn. Reception staff were great and gave me a new fry pan when I asked- which was great. Highly recommend staing here and I'll be back. PS- The live music beside the trampolines was sensational! "
