"Family and I stayed here for spring break and the facilities were awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. The are is still cleaning up after the hurricane, but it definitely did not affect the fun in the area. We will be planning a return trip."

"This house felt like it was brand new. Loves hanging in the backyard by the soaking pool. Sun hit part of the backyard all day. House was well stocked for everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. "

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."

"The interior was all new. Furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies, and everything fresh and tastefully done. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks from beach. Exterior privacy will improve as landscape recovers. Parking and access easy. "

The beach is steps away and there also a couple of pools but we did not use them. Gulf Drive cafe is an easy walk. We set up beach for the day and walked down for breakfast. "We arrived by our own boat and loved every minute! Perfect for teens who like a little adventure. The most beautiful sunset and star gazing spot in Cortez/AMI! Brittany was awesome and accommodating with frequent changes. We had dolphins and manatees saying hi. Caught a small grouper off the boat!"

"This condo has been completely redone and is fresh and updated. Breakfast and sunsets on our little porch looking at the ocean were perfect. Chairs and an umbrella are in the unit, so we had everything we needed. When the wind was high, we moved to the pool and it was sunny and warm. 1 mile beach walk to the Sandbar. Lots of remodeling happening to adjacent units this winter due to the hurricane, but hopefully will be over soon. Highly recommend. "
