"Great heated spa & pool. Comfortable bed. Large room. Rubbish bin had not been emptied in our room from previous occupancy. However on check out when I mentioned it I did receive an apology. We were travelling with overseas visitors who commented on the various notices in the room about various “rules” and what you would be charged extra for if you did not “comply”.
