"I enjoyed all of the attractions and there wasn’t a long wait for anything. Over all the service was great but while at the water park there were a few staff who had gotten attitudes, but I understand it is hot and muggy in the indoor water park. Over all we had a great stay"

"The staff were all friendly and helpful. The accommodations were great, loved the large shower and large bathroom, in general. I had a few issues with my thermostat not working, my door lock batteries dying and locking us out & the keurig wasn’t working. But the issues were resolved pretty quickly and overall our stay was great. "

"We were late arriving to the property, but were greeted with a smile, even at 1:30 in the morning! It was a seamless check-in and checkout process. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay!"

"I've stayed a numerous places in Pigeon Forge over the years, staying at places that reminded me of a third world country to pretty nice. However, staying at the Compass by Margaritaville was a complete joy. The pools were excellent. The only thing I wish they had was a shower to rinse off from at the pools. The breakfast is probably one of the better ones, the only one better I think is Embassy Suites cooked to order eggs. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. However, the shower is top notch. The double-headed shower faucets was nice. The towels were not the type that exfoliates as you dry, they were soft and got you dry in a quick--heck even the pool towels were soft. Parking was easy and the hotel is located to walking distance to entertainment and other eateries. I will book at this hotel again."
