My only small wish was for American bacon instead of Canadian bacon at the western breakfast—just a personal preference! The standout was the concierge service, especially Ms. Ishii. She was personable, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, giving a fantastic tour that brought the city to life. Her attention to detail and genuine care made her the best concierge I’ve ever encountered. I also loved how the hotel partners with local businesses for tours and shopping, adding a unique, community-focused touch to my stay. The Brighton Hotel truly excels in hospitality, and Ms. Ishii’s service was the highlight. I can’t wait to return!"

"We loved our stay! But when we tried to do laundry, we didn't have enough coins. We needed to travel down the street to get more coins. I would recommend having a coin machine in the hotel, so guests can put in their paper money and get coins for the machines!"
