"Great location, convenient layout, but only 1 toilet! For 4 adults it presented a great inconvenience. Both bathrooms were very small, but equipped with all necessary stuff. Kitchen is great, all appliances are in working condition. We enjoyed cooking and eating on the balcony around a big table. Place needs a good cosmetic upgrade. Otherwise our stay was great, communication was excellent, parking was available, and we appreciate all the efforts from the owner to make our stay comfortable."

"Wohnung war bei Ankunft misserabel dreckig und wir mussten Reinigungsmittel kaufen um es halbwegs sauber zu machen. Wohnung liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse, stand auch nirgens. Im Großen und Ganzen haben wir es erträglich gemacht…. Aber wieder hinfahren? Eher unwahrscheinlich…."

"Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique au came les pieds dans l’eau nous avons appréciés la terrasse ombragée l’appartement était équipé comme dans l’annonce rien ne manquait.le propriétaire nous a super bien reçu en plus en prime une bouteille de vin avec une bouteille d’eau pétillante au frais et des fruits quoi demandé de plus nous nous sommes régalés et un temps magnifique.Annonce à garder pour un prochain séjour.On reviendra ."

"Rental started off poorly with insufficient/incorrect on sight information. We were in Argeles sur Mer a week before rental and saw pool was not open, found out wouldn't be open until June 15 our check out date, so asked to cancel since was not listed - would not. Unit is located on bottom floor of building within about 4 meters of the busiest street from village to the beach and is on the entrance walkway to complex with door entrance to building. Patio is located right there at building...

"The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and very comfortable. Set in a quiet location there is a great pool and amenities for the children. Alexander and his family were also great hosts. We would recommend this location to anyone."

"The facilities were as described and suitable for our stay. Good parking and a quiet situation even though most apartments were in use. A few niggles like a broken bed and dirty microwave but these were resolved. Overall, it was a great apartment, in a good location and we would be happy to book again. "
