well equipped holiday house up to 4 people in a quiet, former fishing village for rent. The private pool and large sun terrace with sea and mountain views guarantee a relaxing holiday in a familiar togetherness or with the family. WIFI. The plot is almost invisible. A separate guest toilet in the house, and a solar-heated outdoor shower provide pleasant comfort. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
The sea is about 300m .In Poris there is a small sandy beach, Bademolen, restaurants, supermarkets, beach cafe, pharmacy and a car rental.
Various sports such as diving, surfing, kite surfing, golf, climbing are also possible in the area, such as hiking above the sea or in the mountains. There also invite rustic bodegas and Pubs invite you to traditional tasting.
The airport is 15 minutes' drive away. The transport connection by public transport is very good, the next bus stop about 150 meters away.

What a wonderful get-away!
Our host Elke was warm, welcoming, and very helpful, even when we arrived in the dark around 9:45 in the evening. We had everything we needed in our little house, even an espresso maker! We enjoyed the pool, and we ate dinner outside on the patio nearly every night. It was a peaceful, quiet neighborhood but so close to the beach and the local grocer. I would highly recommend this house and Elke as a host!

This house is beautiful set in beautiful surroundings. The owners were amazing very friendly and welcoming. Ideal location for a quiet sun retreat, the kids loved the pool we hired a car so easy to get about. Thanks for having us Elke

Fab time in lovely Poris
Elke and Klaus were very welcoming. The house is lovely and the pool is fab - our girls loved it. Poris is very quiet but that's exactly what we wanted. We loved Café el Mar which is small but has delicious food. We didn't hire a car but instead used the local bus service which is brilliant and so easy for exploring the island. Los Cristianos was great for restaurants/beaches and booking other excursions. Lovely relaxing break, just what we all needed.

Private & Peacefull
We didn't want to stay in any of the full on tourist places and that's what we got, a lovely little villa set in it's own grounds with superb views of the Atlantic Ocean. We were welcomed by the charming owners Elke & Klaus who themselves live just across the road and assured us were always on hand should we have any problems ( we didn't ) and so left us to get on with our holiday in peace, unfortunately we didn't hire a car and didn't realise just how little Poris de Abona has to offer to the tourist, but as we were after some peace and quiet and a chance for some us time we made the most of what we had. If we were to go back though we would definitely hire a car.

Great chalet with most of the luxuries
The host (Elke) was very welcoming. We missed the turn and could not find the place so she came to find us. She was thoughtful about our little one and brought some toys. We loved the house ans the area. We found the swimming pool kids friendly and recommend hiring a car so that you can make a base here but explore what the Tenerife has to offer. A lovely chalet and we are already considering for our second retreat here at Poris De Abona. Danke schoen Elke Du warst ein toller Gastgeber. (Nepalese family)

Beautiful house with everything you would need - great views and walks in the local area and there is a good bus service to take you around the island if you don't drive. There is a local supermarket with all the essentials and Elke lives opposite and is very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

Detached private very well equipped house, gardens and pool. Had a very relaxing week. The local supermarket had everything we needed at good prices. The owner lives close by if ever needed, very good transport links too with a very short walk to the main bus route to airport, Santa Cruz or Costa Adeje and in between.

Ideal
If you are travelling without a car this is the place for you. Not only is the villa spacious and comfortable but the pretty little harbour is a moments walk away as is the shop which has a terrific butchers and is well stocked with everything you need. The walk down the path through the lush gardens to the secluded outdoor shower is a delight. Showering in the open air was a high spot for me. The bus service is second to none, travelling around the island was a breeze. We cooked at home most nights but there are a couple of restaurants in the village ,including a busy little tapas bar which we loved. Elke was great and was there is we needed her.

Comfortable, well equipped accommodation in a quiet location with all the facilities necessary for a relaxing holiday. Private swimming pool is a bonus. The owner lives just across the road and is on hand if required. Poris is not on the main tourist trail, which is a big plus for us. It is very convenient for the motorway and less than 20 minutes drive to the airport.However, there are only a few restaurants, mainly serving seafood, but Cafe A Mar, a tiny, delightful Tapas Bar is highly recommended, although it can be very busy. We hope to return for a further stay in Elke Wolff's holiday house.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Teneriffa
Der gesamte Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der TF-1 somit sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen und Ziele im Süden und im Norden sind schnell zu erreichen. Lärm durch die Autobahn war nicht wahrzunehmen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und nett. Die Schlüsselübergabe ging super schnell. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Internet, Fernseher, gut ausgestattete Küche, saubere Badezimmer und Toiletten, ein schöner Pool und der Meerblick haben uns überzeugt. Die Unterkunft könne wir nur weiterempfehlen!

Schönes Haus in einem schönen, speziellen Dorf
Wir waren für 3 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus und fühlten uns absolut wohl darin. Wir trafen es sehr sauber an und das Haus war komplett ausgestattet. Da ich sehr gerne selber koche, schätzte ich die gute Ausstattung der Küche. Einzig die nahe herbeiführende Straße störte uns in den ersten 2-3 Tagen, nachher gewöhnten wir uns daran. Wir sind rückwirkend sehr zufrieden und haben uns überlegt, wieder dort unsere Ferien zu verbringen.

Prima verblijf aan de oostkust
Fijne woning, alle benodigdheden aanwezig, klein maar leuk zwembad, hartelijk onthaal door eigenares. Poris de Abona is een kleine kustplaats waar buitenlandse residenten en lokale bewoners leven. Is meteen ook een goed uitvalsoord naar het hele eiland.
