"The check in process was a little frustrating as our employee wasn’t so kind. When we returned later and got a different employee she was much nicer. The hotel is large and busy, definitely a tourist attraction. If you like gambling this is the place for you. The two pools were fantastic. "

"This lodge was a great place to stay while we visited the Grand Canyon. It was easy to walk to either the Visitor's Center or to nearby bus stops. The Deli and restaurant had a good selection for meals as well. The room was easy to get to and very clean with everything we needed. It was cool to see elk walking around the property. I'd definitely recommend staying here! "
