"A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. "

"We wish we could have stayed longer and it was the perfect accommodations for our 7 person family with 4 separate bedrooms and everyone having their own privacy. The renovation kitchen and bathrooms were great and we enjoyed the abundant space for together time. It would also be an amazing location in the summer months."

"We had a large bachelor party at Martin's and it was perfect. The pictures do not do this place justice. It's very spacious, clean, and we had no problems with food storage and cooking. The beach and waterfront are amazing!! Martin's communication with me was great, we had everything we needed. My friends and I will be talking about this weekend for a long time and I credit this to how exceptional Martin's place is. Thank you!"

"Easy to get to and located in a beautiful spot along the river. Loved hearing the water constantly and the view from down by the water is so beautiful. Everything was spotless and very beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Almost everything we could need was provided. Our group spent most of the day sitting by the fire pit and listening to the river.If it was a little warmer out at night we woukd have made use of the huge screened in cabana. "The Little Riverside was exceptionally clean, and well a appointed and the kitchen included anything you may need. Beds were very comfortable as well. Access was easy and the location is quiet with very little traffic. The two different outdoor seating areas were lovely, and enjoyed every day. Mike met us on arrival, and gave us the details, and has a great sense of humour! Everyone was friendly and the hosts responded very quickly when information was needed."
