"There was some mix-up and I was told that I had reservations for the location that DOES NOT have a pool but it was a block away so the sister hotel with the pool accommodated us. Kudos to the employees for their quick resolution to our issue. Both hotels were decent but this is really a review of hotel Orquideas 1 because that's the location we ended up staying in. "Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and had everything you would expect from any other hotel. My only gripe, and it is a very minor gripe, is that the restaurant only serves food during certain meal times.
