"We got the double pool room and so glad we did! We loved having a private pool entrance and being on the ground floor right next to the restaurant. The resort itself is about 10 minutes drive from the main part of town but it was easy to grab a tuk tuk from the front gate any time we wanted to go in to town. Having the resort out of the town gave way for a super peaceful and quiet getaway and the whole place is so beautiful. Staff is polite and helpful and we will definitely be back! "

"Wonderful buildings and facilities and furnishings. They have a seawall to keep the ocean out so at high tide there is no beach. It is not a one stop destination, at least for me. Staff is more than helpful! Was surprised that there was a charge for a bucket of ice. It served my purpose, close to airport for an early departure."

"The place is very well kept. The room and its amenities are enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The resort all in all is amazing. Will recommend and will come back if I visit Puerto Prinsesa again. The staff however are top notch. Their kindness and hospitality is something you look for while on vacation. "We've been here before so we already knew that the rooms are worn, that there's no WiFi in the room (and in the public areas where there is - it's poor), that the grounds need more attention, and that the public restrooms near the sports desk are disgusting. The boats are also awful, with uncomfortable plastic benches. We returned anyway because the view is spectacular, the pools are fantastic, and the food at the restaurant is OK and reasonably-priced. Having no other such island resort option...
