Superb House - Exceeded Expectations
We were met by Miguel at the house and received a warm welcome after our long journey. Check in was straight-forward. The house is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Absolutely brilliant.
Everything about the villa was first class. The views were amazing at the front and back. Felt totally private and not overlooked. Private drive for parking the car. Felt very secure. Could always find a place to sit either in the sun or shade from sun rise to sunset. Miguel was a lovely man and was very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend the property. Sandy beach about 15 mins walk away where there is also a lovely promenade to walk along which has quite a few restaurants and bars. Thank you Miguel, we had a great time. Jacqui and Nigel

Stunning modern villa in great location!
Beautiful villa, very clean & modern with all the anticipated amenities available and more. Miguel was excellent throughout. Colonia Sant Pere had everything we needed for a lively family holiday. Highly recommend & would happily return.

Beautiful villa
Stayed here for 5 days with my parents, grandmother and two sisters. It exceeded our expectations- the photos don't do the amazing views justice and the villa was lovely, cool and relaxing. We were also worried that they're wouldn't be any restaurants around the area, but there is enough about a 15 minute walk from the villa. Overall we would definitely recommend this villa and I know my family were sad to leave when we went to stay in a hotel on the next bit of our trip. Thanks Miguel!

Belle propriété au calme

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette villa. Tout était parfait. Miguel est toujours disponible, la maison est spacieuse et très fonctionnelle, et située dans une commune très calme ! Une très bonne adresse !

Urlaub in Colonia de San Pere
Sehr schönes und vor allem modernes Objekt in einer TOP-Lage. Man hat einen phantastischen Blick auf den Mont Ferrutx und - vom Grundstück, weniger aus dem Haus - auch auf die Bucht. Ein kurzfristiger WLAN-Ausfall wurde vom Vermieter sofort und ohne Probleme behoben. Gut gefallen haben uns die zahlreichen Einbauschränke. So viel Stauraum hat man selten. Der Pool war für die Kinder toll, zwar jahreszeitbedingt (Oktober) etwas kalt, aber zum Planschen trotzdem ideal. Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind lediglich die in allen Räumen eingebauten Schwingtüren, die das Durchlüften etwas erschweren. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Ein rundum perfekter Urlaub
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und kommen definitv wieder! Alles war sehr schön eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Insgesamt ist das Haus auch schön ruhig gelegen und es gibt eine kleine Badebucht, einen Supermarkt und Restaurants in dem kleinen Örtchen. Das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben ist, dass in der Beschreibung hier bei Fewo nicht angegeben war, dass der Strom separat gezahlt werden muss. Erst bekamen wir per Mail mitgeteilt es wären 0,30€ pro KW/h und vor Ort waren es dann 0,40€ pro KW/h. Und insgesamt waren es dann 160 KW die wir verbraucht hatten in einer Woche. Das sollte man schon bedenken, da dies schon einiges ist. Und in der Beschreibung hier ist angegeben dass es vor Ort ein Babybett gibt. Allerdings gab es keins als wir ankamen. Aber Miguel war sehr hilfsbereit und einen Tag später hat er uns noch ein Bettchen vorbei gebracht. Auch sonst war Miguel sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es definitv weiterempfehlen. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub dort :)

Schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Sehr schönes komplett ausgestattetes Haus. Moderne Einrichtung und Architektur. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß. Ein Bad ist direkt von einem der drei Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Das andere Bad teilen sich die übrigen Bewohner. Was man wissen sollte: die Zimmer sind mit Schwingtüren ausgestattet, die nicht abschließbar sind. Bei den Bädern nicht immer ideal. Der Hausverwalter Miguel ist sehr nett und umgänglich. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung!

Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir waren für mit unseren beiden Töchtern (17 und 21 Jahre) im Sommer 2018 für zwei Wochen in dem Haus, waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie textlich beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Haus und das Inventar sind neuwertig, alles sauber und gepflegt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Von der Terrasse aus hat mein einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Pool (3m x 7m) ist für eine gelegentliche Abkühlung ausreichend. Da das Haus in einer Sackgasse liegt und nur 2-3 weitere Häuser in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, ist es immer sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter Miguel ist sehr nett, zurückhaltend und hilft gerne mit guten Ausflugstipps. Bei Colonia de Sant Pere handelt es sich um einen kleinen, ruhigen, abgelegenen und am Hang liegenden Ort mit wenig touristischem Trubel (ca. 5 km von der Verbindungsstraße Arta - Can Picafort entfernt). Es gibt im Ort einige Restaurants und Bars, einen kleinen Supermarkt, eine Strandpromenade und eine kleine Badebucht. Für Ausflüge auf der Insel und auch für Fahrten zu größeren Stränden oder Badebuchten ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt notwendig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Soooooo...was sollen wir sagen: Super Urlaub, 8 Tage Sonne pur, atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge erlebt, tolle Lage: Berge + Meer. Superschönes Haus mit klasse Interieur, ruhiger und angenehmer Ort (Colonia de Sant Pere). Tipp: Restaurant Es Mollet , hervorragende Küche.

Schönes Haus in guter Lage mit sehr nettem Vermieter
Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es liegt zentral für Ausflüge mit dem Auto. Der schöne kleine Ort mit guten Restaurants, einer tollen Promenade und einem Supermarkt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Miguel, der Vermieter, ist sehr sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit.

Maravillosa casa en muy bonita zona de Mallorca
Pasamos unos días muy agradables en la casa. Nos gustó mucho su muy buen estado de conservación, el alto cuidado de los detalles interiores y exteriores y los servicios de confort y ocio que proporciona. Tolles Haus mit sehr nettem Vermieter
Wir wurden von Miguel sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und alle organisatorische Abläufe erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr modern gestaltet, sehr sauber und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf die Berge ist überwältigend. Die Küche ist komplett mit Elektrogeräten u. Geschirr ausgestattet. Der Ort ist klein, mit einer gepflegten Strandpromenade, einem kleinen Sandstrand, einigen netten Restaurants und zwei kleinen Supermärkten. Miguel hat sich regelmäßig um den Pool selbst gekümmert und hat rasch reagiert beim kurzen Ausfall des Internets. Wir können das Haus sehr weiterempfehlen.

Top Ferienfinca/Haus in ruhiger Lage
T O P , alles einfach perfekt. Kleiner Ort mit kleinem Supermarkt, der eine gute Auswahl hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und entspannt vom Alltagstress in Deutschland. In den Seitenstrassen findet man einen sehr guten Italiener sowie eine Tapasbar. Die Restaurants direkt am Wasser waren zu teuer und zu Edel...das andere ist viel gemüdlicher... Der Naturstrand in der Nähe von Son Serra Marina weit weg vom Massentourismus!!!! Nur das Auto muss man dabei haben um die Insel zu erkunden...

Die Villa ist sehr schön, wie im Online-Angebot beschrieben. Toller Ausblick auf die Berge und bis zum Meer. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Im Ort befinden sich sehr gute Restaurants.
