Amazing vacation home!!!
My family and I had this beautiful home for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking and the views were so so cool. The owners keeps the house very clean and responds with any questions you may have in a timely manner!!! Definitely recommend for a family get away!!!!

Beautiful hidden gem with all the amenities!
This is the 2nd time I've stayed in Joyce's home, and I'll definitely be booking again, as will some of the friends I stayed with. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has amenities galore. It's a perfect place to get away in northeast Ohio for true relaxation!

Great accommodations to attend the covered bridge festival!
House is absolutely gorgeous, and was well suited for the six of us. It was central to enjoying the covered bridge festivities, as well as other activities in the area. We would definitely book this house again if we come back to that area everyone had a great time and truly enjoyed the property. Joyce was very responsive and a great host.

Girls Weekend Retreat
Beautiful and serene. A perfect place for our girls weekend. Close enough to everything yet remote for privacy. We utilized every amenity from the pool to the work out room. Beautiful Home
House is as beautiful as it appears in the photos. Sirius XM throughout the house was a great surprise. Very quiet within the home; set away from the road so there is very little outside noise We spent a great deal of time in the pool which was a major part of the decision to stay here. Plenty of room throughout the home. We would have loved to have stayed a few more days.

Weekend winery girls trip
Overall the house was beautiful and our experience was great. The only negative thing our group found was that there were random people who would show up to do yard work each day we were there. The home has many many windows and it was alarming for a random guy to walk by when we had a house full of women in bathing suits enjoying themselves.

Perfect Spot for our Holiday Getaway
This was the perfect spot for our family (there were 9 of us) to celebrate Christmas together. This is the first year without my dad and we wanted to make new memories this year, but different ones because it seemed easier. This home was EXACTLY what we needed. It was beautiful, with little places to getaway from everyone for a bit and places to all be together. The fireplaces made everything extra cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. The was also a short drive away from anything we could possibly need or want. I can't thank our hosts enough for the little Christmas touches they added (there was a beautiful tree) and for opening their amazing space up to us at the holidays. We would definitely return!

Great Getaway
Very impressed. Just as pictured. Felt like we were staying at a friend or relative's house. Directions for everything was written out and easy to understand. House is gorgeous. The land it is on is beautiful as well. Plenty of space to walk and relax outside if you never wanted to leave you could just stay at the house. It is about 25 min away from Geneva on the Lake or other towns. Does have well water - so if your not used to that they had water available for you to use. Pool and hot tub are great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful House
Ladies get away visiting wineries! House was well stocked. Nice not to worry about linens, towels,toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms. Place was clean. The pool water was very warm however we never called to report that so not complaining just mentioning. As others have mentioned the well water did smell sometimes but we knew this going in. We had trouble with sound system in some rooms with volume however not important enough for us to contact owner for help. We had a great time & were happy with the accommodations!!

Great Vacation Getaway
My extended family stayed here during the last week in June. The pictures do not do it justice. There is so much space in the home! The fitness area in the basement was a nice added touch. Outside there is a pond to walk around and a campfire area. I would say our favorite room was the indoor pool. We ended up buying the safety cabinet locks and putting them on the doors so the kids couldn’t get in when they shouldn’t be. The house is nice and secluded yet not far from the lodge, beach and strip of shops in Geneva. About 20 minutes from everything. The owners were very communicative during our stay. Zero issues. Our only complaint is the well water. We are definitely not used to it. We drank bottled water during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway
We had stayed here once before and absolutely loved it and made plans to come back. The house was still beautiful and the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Overall it was a great weekend getaway with family! The only things I wish were better were the quality of the internet and we were not able to get any of the fireplaces to work. We were unable to utilize any of the televisions for the majority of the trip due to poor internet quality. We messaged the host via the VRBO app and did not receive a response so we did text and were told that is how it is sometimes. Still was perfect for a relaxing weekend away and would still go back!

AMAZING PROPERTY
The home, the location, the quite tranquil lot with super cute touches here and there. It was perfect in its own imperfect way. The goal was to make some amazing family memories, and that mission was accomplished. Our bed in the master room was so comfy...as were the bed linens. WiFi was a small challenge, but that just forced more family time...no complaints there. We will stay there again for sure.

Great family place.
This was our second time staying in this home and we had a great time. The home is spacious and welcoming. The outside was an awesome area to hang out with family. Beautiful patio. The only down fall I would say is around the pool. I recommend bringing carpet mats for around the pool. The pavers are very slippery. However the mats were perfect for our stay. Otherwise the pool is warm and great. Definitely a great place to stay!!!!
