We appreciated them remedying the mistake, but we feel like we should be refunded the cost of our room. We had to stay in another town and it was an inferior hotel. I do not like to give poor reviews, but this was a negative experience and I would not recommend booking with this hotel."

"We where very disappointed by the charges for our dog. 30 euro per day extra for the dog. Can you explain where the more costs is coming from? If you charge an extra fee at the end of our stay for extra cleaning of the room I would understand. We enjoyed our stay very much, but we won't come back next year."

"The staff is amazing right from the beginning. I spend half my life in hotels and have never encountered such a friendly knowledgable staff anywhere. At first look was a little concerned the hotel was showing its age, but that quickly went away as I relaxed and settled in. I do like my technology... Big surprise!! The Internet and TV was better than almost any hotel I've been. Internet fast and easy connection. TV was "Sky" plenty of content and the ability to change languages! What a concept!!"
