"This is a beautiful property outside the hustle and bustle of the town of Sintra. It helps to have a car if staying here, but Uber is an option. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Armie runs the place and is very friendly and efficient. She makes sure everyone has a positive experience. We are within walking distance of Pena Palace and the Moors castle. Even walking into town is only 25 minutes. You won't regret staying here!"

"The best place if you want to visit Quinta da Regaleira, Pena Palace and Moorish Castle. Steps away from restaurants and shops. The bus stop is right next to the hotel. "The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. Weather was rainy and cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the outdoor sitting area, but it looked lovely. Breakfast very good and our hostess congenial. Elegance in Sintra

"We had a delightful stay at this beautiful property. From customized fresh breakfast each morning (pastries, omelette, meats, cheeses, fresh juices, and more!) to the lush property with peacock and parrots to the incredible room, our stay was a very happy one. Walkable to town (mostly flat) and to National Palace, Regaleira."

"Being a solo traveler on this trip, this was a perfect location for rest and relaxation. I loved that the property is right along the shore/on the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed being able to open my balcony door and listen to/see the waves. The standard, first floor room was a good size with a comfortable bed and nice shower heads in the bathroom with hot water (hot showers are important to me). The complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast buffet included with my room rate were very nice touches. As well, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Mariana was a lifeline as she assisted me in getting around by looking up bus and train schedules and suggesting apps for me like Bolt, Omio and Moovit in addition to answering any other questions that I had for her. Sofia was willing and available to help when I needed also. I got a great value for the service and amenities that I received, and I would definitely return to Arribas Sintra without hesitation. "

"This was a great spot to stay in Sintra! It was a quick walk from the crazy bustle of the tourist area and had a wonderful shared space to relax. The property is well stocked and extremely homey. I would definitely stay there again!"
