"It was the perfect location for walking around and getting to all the major "attractions" for us first timers. Unfortunately the hotel needs a lift to bring into the present. They say for"eco" reasons they don't give you but two towels but can you at least but some new ones,. You can tell they've used the same ones for over a decade at least. The staff was great, the inc breakfast wasn't bad. Overall, i wouldn't stay more than 1-2 days there."

"The building itself is nice but it is in need of a restoration. My room was spacious, but the beds were saggy and there's no air conditioner. The curtain does not cover the window completely so anybody in the hallway can look inside which is strange. They do have a strict rule of not allowing guests into the hotel. On a side note, they don't give you hand towels unless you ask for it. On the whole, my stay there was just ok, nothing really good or bad, that's the reason for an average rating."

"The facility was wonderfult "inside". It was clean, service was great, customer representative could smile a bit more, breakfast was fenomenal. On the other hand, the picture in the ad doesnt represent the actual hotel. The outside of the hotel is outdate and needs some aggressive pressure washing. "The Hotel Novo was as described, great staff, hotel could do with some tlc but I was only one night here arriving late from the airport and heading to the Pacific next day. Room was clean, bed was comfy, WiFi worked fine and breakfast was much appreciated. Couldn't adjust the air con but that could have been user error from my side. Can't really complain from a price/quality point of view. Also there was no noise but I was not on the street side. Really handy if you are using the bus station."
