Private Basement Apartment

Private 1-bedroom basement apartment with separate entrance located 3 miles from downtown. Enjoy the quiet backyard and patio area with porch swing and hammock.

The space
Large private 1-bedroom apartment with comfortable queen bed. In addition, an elevated queen sized air mattress is ready for use and fits comfortably in the large living room. A Pack 'N Play is also available for young children or infants upon request.

Smart TV in living room with Spectrum cable TV. Access your Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. Bedroom TV has Roku and DVD player.

Bathroom has a body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, fluffy towels, curved shower rod, and extra toiletries.

The kitchen includes coffee maker with delicious local coffee, full size fridge, toaster, stove, and microwave. There are plenty of dishes and cooking supplies included. Guests also have access to the large gas grill on the private back patio.

While there is a fireplace in the unit, we ask that guests please do not use.

Guest access
Guests have access to their own private 1-bedroom apartment with large living room, kitchen and bathroom with distinct entrance.

Other things to note:

1) We have several cats who have access to outdoors and the main house. They do not have access to the apartment, but we thought it was worth noting in case of extreme allergies.
2) We have a toddler upstairs that may get excited during bath time occasionally, but we are lights out and quiet every night from 10pm to 8am. Luckily he winds down easily at bedtime and is a great sleeper.
3) This is our family home, we reside completely separately upstairs. Our bedrooms and bathrooms are above the apartment, but we spend most of our time on the opposite end of the house from the space. Our guest room is directly above the bedroom in the apartment and is rarely used in case you're trying to gauge night time noise before 10pm.
