Family in town for Wedding
We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for activities and close to the wedding venue. The house could use a bit of a deep clean but it does look like they are updating some things. Overall we had a great time.

My stay here wasn’t bad I enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was, how clean the house was & check in was a smooth process. The welcome guide inside house gave me club & bars suggestions around Atlanta that was a plus! My only suggestion would to upgrade them TV’s & add a sound bar to the living room tv. Other then that I really enjoyed the house and the communication with the host was very helpful & welcoming!

New Listing. Needs improving. No Privacy.
My family and I were the first guests to stay at this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The neighborhood was beautiful, and the host responded quickly when I messaged her. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I did not receive my arrival email and had to contact the host, she informed me that the house was not cleaned before our arrival due to a cleaner emergency, despite booking three weeks prior. The host extended our checkout time for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Upon arrival, we found a lovely binder with Dos & Don'ts and information about the house and neighborhood. However, it mentioned that the garage is the host's personal office space, and she and her clients might use it during our stay. We would be notified before they came, which did not happen during our stay, but I would have liked to know this before booking. The house was not cleaned properly, and the photos were misleading. We found personal items left in drawers and behind the bed, and the provided linens were stained and damaged. I also suspected that the host was accessing the home while we were out, as there is a Ring camera, so they knew when we left. This suspicion was confirmed when we contacted the host about a hornet's nest at the front door. She said she would take care of it that day but instead came into the house to lock the garage door, which she had left unlocked before our arrival. However, she did not address the hornet's nest. The host was dishonest and unreliable.
